이용약관 Terms of Service

Key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Service" refers to all features available through the Mandalog web application and mobile app, including goal management, project management, routine tracking, journaling, reflections, and more.
• "Member" refers to a person who accesses the Service, enters into a usage agreement with the Operator under these Terms, and uses the Service.
• "Account" refers to the Google or Kakao social login credentials registered by a Member for identification and service use.
• "Content" refers to all data created, stored, and managed by a Member within the Service, including goals, projects, tasks, routines, journals, and reflections.

• These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to Members.
• The Operator may modify these Terms for reasonable cause, provided such changes do not violate applicable laws. Modified Terms will be posted via in-service announcements.
• Members who do not agree to modified Terms may discontinue use and withdraw from the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The Operator provides the following services:

• Goal setting and management based on the Mandal-Art method
• Project and task management
• Routine and habit tracking
• Daily journaling
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reflections
• Key result (OKR) tracking
• Calendar integration (Google Calendar)
• Activity heatmap and statistics
• Other services developed and provided by the Operator

The Service is available 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, technical issues, or other force majeure circumstances.

• Registration is completed through Google or Kakao social login, and Members are deemed to have agreed to the terms of service of the respective social login provider.
• Members must provide accurate information and may not register using another person's identity.
• Members are responsible for securely managing their account information and may not transfer or share their account with third parties.
• Members must immediately notify the Operator if unauthorized use of their account is discovered.

Members must not engage in the following activities:

• Illegally collecting, storing, or distributing other people's personal information
• Disrupting the stable operation of the Service (hacking, spreading viruses, generating excessive traffic, etc.)
• Using the Service to engage in activities that violate applicable laws
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without the Operator's prior consent
• Copying, modifying, or distributing any part or all of the Service
• Other activities prohibited by applicable laws and these Terms

• The Operator may restrict service use or suspend accounts if a Member violates these Terms or disrupts normal service operation.
• When restricting use, the Operator will notify the Member of the reason either in advance or afterward.
• Members may submit objections to the Operator regarding any restrictions on their use.

• Intellectual property rights related to the Service, including design, source code, logos, and trademarks, belong to the Operator.
• Intellectual property rights for content created by Members within the Service (goals, projects, journals, etc.) belong to the respective Members.
• The Operator may use Member content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, but only in an anonymized and non-identifiable form.

• The Operator is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruptions.
• The Operator is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the Member's own actions.
• The Service is provided "as-is," and the Operator makes no express or implied warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the Service.
• The Operator is not liable for any failure of Members to achieve expected results from using the Service.
• The Operator has no obligation to intervene in disputes between Members or between Members and third parties, and is not liable for damages arising from such disputes.

• The Operator may change the content and operation of the Service and will communicate changes through in-service announcements.
• The Operator may suspend all or part of the Service for significant business or technical reasons, with 30 days' prior notice provided within the Service.
• For services provided free of charge, the Operator has no obligation to provide compensation for service suspension.

• Members may request withdrawal at any time through the Settings menu within the Service, and the Operator will process it promptly.
• Upon withdrawal, the Member's personal information and content will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• The Operator may restrict or revoke membership in the following cases:
  • Providing false information during registration
  • Intentionally disrupting service operations
  • Other violations of these Terms

• If either the Operator or a Member causes damage to the other party by violating these Terms, the party at fault shall compensate for the damage.
• The scope of the Operator's liability shall not exceed the limits prescribed by applicable laws.
• The Operator shall not be liable for damages related to free services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

• These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• In the event of a dispute between the Operator and a Member regarding use of the Service, both parties shall negotiate in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.
• If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court as determined by the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
